Loci has no internet permission at all. Nothing your child does ever leaves the device.
No account, no ads, no in-app purchases. Loci is free and stays that way.
No analytics. We don't know how your child plays, and we don't want to.
Microphone off by default. A grown-up must turn it on for the listening games.
On-device speech recognition. Even when the mic is on, nothing is ever recorded or stored.

Is Loci really free?
Yes. Loci is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases — now or planned.
Does Loci need the internet?
No. Loci has no internet permission at all and works completely offline, anywhere.
What data do you collect?
None. There's no account and no analytics — nothing your child does ever leaves the device. See our full privacy policy.
What ages is Loci designed for?
Loci is designed for children aged roughly 6 to 8.
Is the microphone always listening?
No. It's off until a grown-up turns it on in the grown-ups area, and even then, speech is recognised on the device — never recorded or stored.
Is there an iOS version?
Not yet. Loci is Android-only for now. We'd like to bring it to iPhone and iPad later.
